The work includes demolition, asbestos removal, new wood floor, new casework, new vinyl flooring and base, new carpet, relocation of temporary sinks, incidental painting, temporary trailers and incidental related work associated with the repair of a deteriorated floor in an existing laboratory/office facility. A firm fixed price contract is anticipated. The requirement is estimated to be between $100,000 and $250,000. The small business size standard applicable to this contract is 1752 and the annual size standard is $7.0 million. Contract duration period is approximately 180 calendar days. This is an unrestricted procurement IAW Public Law 100-656. All responsible sources may submit a bid which shall be considered.
