Scope of work: The work consists of providing all labor, material, equipment and services necessary for demolition and construction required to resurface the second floor of the GPO with 100% Solids Flexible Epoxy costing. The wooden portion of the floor will be repaired where necessary, sanded and finished. The material will be placed over the existing flooring which is a combination of asphalt and concrete. Some removal, replacement and patching of the existing flooring will be required. The work will be performed in multiple phases and all work must be coordinated around existing equipment. A preproposal conference is scheduled on August 21, 1995 at 10:00 AM in the Philadelphia P & DC, Room 323-A, 2970 Market Street. The estimated price range is between $600,000.00 and $1,200,000.00 with completion required within 270 calendar days after receipt of Notice to Proceed.
