The work includes all supervision, labor, transportation, materials and equipment required for the demolition of buildings, concrete floor slabs, earthwork, asphalt concrete, contaminated soil disposal and incidental related work. Demolition of Bldg 6 as Option 1 and Bldg 125 as Option 2. Estimated range is between $500,000 and $1,00,000. The small business size standard applicable to this contract is 1795 and the annual size standard is $7.0 million. Contract duration period is 150 calendar days. This is an unrestricted procurement IAW Public Law 100-656. All responsible sources may submit a bid which shall be considered.
