Provide all plant, labor, material, equipment, appliances and supervision necessary to repair by replacement vehicle and personnel gates perimeter of Building 890. Work consists of, but is not limited to, demolish and dispose of off base, the existing motorized vehicle and personnel access gates, frame, motor and drive equipment, and controls located in Building 890. Demolition is to include complete removal of sally-port, fence, fence post, barbed wire, and turnstile. Furnish and install new electrically operated controlled gates of similar size and configuration complete with necessary supporting structure to replace personnel and vehicle gates. Install key pads at each location and required electrical runs to properly operate gates. Bumper post shall be installed to protect touch pad pedestal from two directions, at each location for vehicle gate. All work to be done in strict accordance with the drawings and statement of work for Work Order 62291, Overhead track Gates at Building 890. Performance time is thirty (30) calendar days after receipt of Notice to Proceed. Estimated construction cost is between $25,000 and $100,000. This is a 100% set-aside for small business concerns. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which will be considered by this agency. See numbered Note 1. (205)
