The work includes all supervision, labor, transportation, materials and equipment required to demolish existing culverts and headwalls and construct a new reinforced concrete box culvert and wingwalls, roadway, temporary access road and incidental related work. Estimated range is between $250,000 and $500,000. The small business size standard applicable to this contract is 1771 and the annual size standard is $7.0 million.
