Re-roof an estimated 246,000 Square Feet of Building Roofs with U.L. Class A fiberglass reinforced aasphalt shingles at Fort Indiantown Gap, Annville, PA. Work includes re-roofing various size buildings, removing ventilators and chimney stacks, closing deck openings, drip edge and installing ridge ventilators. Bids will be submitted on a square footage/lineal footage basis. Project will be under a ``Requirements'' type contract for the period of 1 year after award. The Government cannot predetermine the precise quantities of buildings to be re-roofed during the contract period. The square footage estimate is not a representation to an offeror that the quantity, or any portion thereof, will be ordered during the contract period.
