This shall include general construction, mechanical work, electrical work and asbestos abatement. New spaces include patient bedrooms, bathrooms, group rooms, day rooms, exam rooms, offices and storage areas. Exterior spaces for construction include patio, landscaping, irrigation, and paving. All work to be completed as stated in the drawings and specifications. Estimated cost range is $2,000,000 to $5,000,000. Solicitation packages will be available on or about August 10, 1995 upon written request. Distribution is limited to 46 sets on a first-come first-served basis. All written requests shall state solicitation number, point of contact, company name, phone and FAX number on company letterhead. All responsible sources may submit a bid for consideration. Funds are not presently available for this contract. The Government's obligation under this contract is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds from which payment for contract purposes can be made. (0205)
