PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE: The Air Force Flight Test Center intends to award an Indefinite Delivery-Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract for the identification/repair/replacement/construction of various roof systems on Edwards AFB. The roof systems will be installed on commercial buildings, warehouses and or airplane hangers and will include shingled roofs, built-up roofs, metal roofs, elastomeric roof application, etc. One year basic performance period with options for two additional one year periods. Minimum Guaranteed: $123,000, Maximum Total Cost $15 Million. IFB Number F04700-95-B-0025 will be issued on or about 12 Aug 95 with a 30 day bid period. This acquisition is 100% set-aside for small disadvantaged business concerns. SIC Code 1761, Size Standard $7M. Plans will be available in the lobby of Bldg. 2800 for inspection without charge.
