The work includes but is not limited to repair/install an HVAC system consisting of five independent window units and a central ducted 20 ton unit for open areas. Replace fin-tube radiation system and replace main electric feeder and any incidental related work. The anticipated date for availablity of plans and specifications is August 1995. The estimated date for bid opening is September 1995. The time for completion is 180 days and the estimated cost is between $100,000 and $250,000.
