In accordance with 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c)(1), Northrop Corporation, Aircraft Division is the designer, developer, and sole manufacturer of the BQM-74E Aerial Target system and is the only known firm with the knowledge, experience, and technical data necessary to meet the NAVY's requirements within the required timeframe.
