Keyport intends to negotiate, on a sole source basis, with Quist Inc. for 17 (seventeen) each torque stations; two (2) sets calibration software; two (2) each torque wrench handles; and two (2) each bar code wands. The Government intends to incorporate, for expansion and spare parts, these items into an existing torpedo maintenance system. All parts must be completely interchangeable with the existing system. The solicitation will be issued on or about 12 August 95 with a 6 day closing date. Responsible sources are encouraged to submit an offer.
