The Special Operations Forces System Program Office (SOF SPO) intends to issue a Request for Proposal (RFP), F33657-95-R-0049, Combat Talon II (CT-II) Radome Verification System (RAVS) to interested contractors approximately 18 Aug 95. The RFP for this program details the terms, conditions, and requirements associated with the RAVS to test nose radomes for the MC-130H Combat Talon II aircraft. The anticipated contract for this effort will be Firm Fixed Price and the Government reserves the right not to award a RAVS contract. It has been determined that this acquisition will be competed as a Small Business Set-Aside contract. The Standard Industry Code (SIC) for this procurement is 3829 with a small business size standard of 500 employees. The Air Force intends to establish the CT-II RAVS capability at Robins AFB, Warner Robins, GA, and plans are to procure the entire effort as a turnkey operation.
