Vista 500 (56KB) electronics chassis will be replaced with upgraded (280KB) RADAC 2100 receiver and associated parts including 12MB system memory, 20'' monitor and board channels. Installation and updated training will be included, and weather data service will be extended one year. All supplies shall be delivered FOB Seattle within 45 days after award. The Government intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Kavouras, Inc. of Burnsville, MN as all parts must be compatible with existing system.
