Aviation Administration (FAA), Western-Pacific Region has a
requirement for 15 types of replacement parts at the Los Angeles Airway
Facilities Sector Office at the High Desert Tracon. The FAA intends to
solicit and negotiate on a sole source basis with Denro Laboratories,
Inc., 9318 Gaither Rd., Gaithersburg, MD. 20877, under the authority
of 41 USC 253 (C)(11), as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, unless additional
sources are located. The FAA intends to purchase the following items:

QTY. 6, Dial Unit Amp, Denro Part #120077-001, QTY. 6, Dial Unit
Motherboard, Denro Part #120075-001, QTY. 6, Console Amp Relay, Denro

equipment is required on a Brand Name basis, as it must be completely
and totally compatible with the OJ314 System. Denro designed the OJ314
System, and the parts to maintain it are fabricated by Denro.
Items/equipment proposed other than or different from that listed
above, will not be considered. Those contractors capable of providing
the above items shall submit in writing to the aboved named individual,
complete technical and pricing information within 15 calendar days
after the date of first publication of this notice. Any responses to
this notice must provide technical and pricing data and any other
information necessary to substantiate capability to meet the entire
requirement. As a result on analyzing responses to this synopsis of
intent, the Contracting Officer may determine that a solicitation will
be issued. If a solicitation is issued, no additional synopsis will be
published. Any such solicitation will be issued to the intended vendor
and all capable firms that respond to this synopsis of intent, or
otherwise request a copy of the solicitation. NO TELEPHONIC REQUESTS

has a program to assist minority, women-owned and disadvantaged
business enterprises to acquire short-term working capital assistance
for transportation-related contracts. Loans are available under the DOT
Short Term Lending Program (STLP), at prime interest rates to provide
