The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Carderock Division requires the purchase of a BIT ERROR RATE ANALYSIS SYSTEM to be used with the AN/BQH-9(V) Signal Data Recording System (SDRS). The analysis system is not a PC based computer system and is self contained with its own primary operating system to support complex analysis tasks as the following: Alignments, adjustments, testing, troubleshooting, validating, and repair of the ANSI ID-1 High Density Digital Recorder (HDDR) which is an integral component of the AN/BQH-9(V) SDRS. The analysis system also must interface with HDRR subsystems under test, repair and validation. Therefore, the Input/Output (I/O) interfaces must be compatible with existing HDDR subsystem hardware. Data output medium and format must be compatible with PC based computer systems to allow data to be transferred to an offline stand-alone PC system for subsequent analysis. Delivery of this system to be made within 60 days after contract award.
