The Air Force intends to purchase hardware, software, and technical support services for maintenance of Cisco System routers located at Wright-Patterson AFB, Ohio. Maintenance shall include software maintenance releases, software updates upon request, remote software diagnostics and telephone support for software problems. Unlimited hardware replacement, next business day delivery of replacement parts, and pre-paid overnight freight for replacement parts.
