The Project will include, Evaluation of the existing system to determine cost effectiveness of replacement vs upgrade of the entire Annunciator System and the individual remote sensing devices for all buildings. Firms should have the capability of producing construction drawings on a computer-aided drafting and design system compatible with autocad. Selection evaluation factors are (1) professional qualifications for performance of required services, (2) specialized experience and technical competence in type of work required, (3) capacity to accomplish the work in the time required, (4) past performance on contracts with Government agencies in terms of cost control, quality of work, and compliance with performance schedule, and (5) design experience on projects of this scope. Estimated Construction Cost Range: Between $500,000 and $1,000,000.
