A/E shall have principal qualifications in design and construction, general building remodeling, including hopspital facilities, and experience also in designing building systems, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, mechanical and structural, JCAHO requirements and Life Safety Code. Services of an industrial hygienist on the A/E team will be required for asbestos survey and development of removal plans, if necessary, as well as monitoring the construction phase. Appropriate data to be submitted on Forms 254 and 255, two copies each. Only 254's and 255's within 100 miles of the Cleveland Metropolitan Area will be accepted. This is not a request for proposal.
