717/861-2511; Lori A. Reddinger, 717/861-2927. Furnish all qualified
labor, materials, tools, equipment, transportation, supplies and
supervision necessary to rehabilitate tank, trail and habitat
expansion. Work generally consists of removal of trees, shrubs, stumps,
and culvert headwalls; new construction consisting of grading, subgrade
preparation, concrete pads, CMP outlet structures, rock riprap, CMP
culverts, rock sediment filters, and seeding. This project consists of
5 phases or work. This acquisition will be under a ``requirements
type'' contract for the period of one (1) year. The Government cannot
pre-determine the precise numbe of work phases to be peformed during
this period. The 5 phases of work are not a representation to an
offeror that the quantity, or any portion thereof, will be ordered
during the contract period. Site of work is at Fort Indiantown Gap,
Anniville, PA. This procurement is unrestricted therefore, replies to
this notice are requested from all prime contractors. Requests for bid
documents must be in writing. Full size plans and specifications are
available at a cost of $10.00 per set. Non-refundable. Make check or

Solicitation to be issued on or about 11 August 1995, with a bid
opening date on or about 12 Sep 1995, 2:00 p.m. Estimated cost of this
