Frames to be 12 gauge, doors to be 14 gauge, to include; 1 1/2 pair 5'' HWT prison hinges, 2 heavy duty door closer, two (2) 10'' x 38'' kickplate (stainless), 1 heavy duty door pull, 1 set weatherstrip/threshold/sweep per door. Also to include: labor and materials for demolition, dust protection, glazing of doors/transoms with insulated safety glass, cleanup, and painting of installed doors and frames. Existing Folger Adams locks will be salvaged and re-used. Measurements must be site verified. (205)
