The contract will require the performance of janitorial, security guard, building maintenance, landscaping and grounds maintenance, snow removal, and pest and rodent control services. The resultant contract will contain provisions 52.217-8 AND 52.217-9 for the option to extend services and the option to extend the term of the contract for four one-year periods.
