The training will consist of academic and ground device instruction for aircrews during qualification and continuation training in the F-16 aircraft. Courseware Development site for this contract will be Luke AFB, AZ. Training sites will be Luke AFB, AZ; and Tucson IAP, AZ. Contract performance to begin at both sites 1 Oct 96. Phase in period is anticipated for the first month of contract performance. Four one year option periods are planned starting 1 Oct 97. This acquistion is open to both large and small business firms.
