The work consists of furnishing necessary supplies, equipment, services and labor to construct a USPS owned Mail Processing Annex building of approximately 41,134 SF on a USPS-owned site of approx. 176,241 SF in the city of Great Falls, Montana. Construction will feature site work, landscaping, paving, site electrical, foundation, mechanical HVAC, plumbing, interior electrical, cabinetry, exterior building finish consisting of cmu masonry, prefinished metal panels, etc. The facility may be designed and built to incorporate a commercial pre-engineered steel one story building structural system with slab on grade and spread footing construction. The time for completion is 270 calendar days after notice to proceed, including both the design and construction.
