The exterior cladding is acrylic coating on concrete and plaster over concrete masonry. Air-conditioning is supplied to the building by a variable volume system supplied by roof top air handling units. Emergency power is supplied from the main hospital. There is limited asbestos abatement work. Site preparation requires relocation of existing utilities and installation of perimeter roadway and parking facilities.
