Z -- REPAIR AIRFIELD Sol FA4416-95-BA083 due 083195 POC Buyer, Heather Williams; Contracting Officer, Charles R. Buebe Furnish all labor, equipment, materials, etc. and perform all operations necessary to repair airfield pavements, located at Andrews Air Force Base, Maryland. The work includes but is not limited to: (1) Repair spalled concrete airfield pavement; (2) Repair existing concrete expansion/contraction joints and cracks; (3) Remove and replace existing full slab with severe spalling or multiple cracks. Regrade and recompact base corse. Replace and seal the joints around the perimeter of the slab; (4) Provide two seal coats for the existing asphaltic conrete airfield pavements; (5) Provide new airfield pavement markings for runways, taxiways, aprons and the areas receiving seal coating; (6) All stripping which is removed or obliterated shall be replaced, including areas of slab replacement and spall repair; (7) Remove existing airfield pavement markings by high pressure water blasting; (8) Remove existing 5'' thick asphaltic concrete pavement and 6'' subbase and provide new 6'' crushed stone base, 2-1/2'' thick asphalt base course and 2-1/2'' thick asphalt surface course. -- This proposed contract will be an Indefinite Delivery Contract (IDC) with a base year and two one-year option renewal periods. The minimum requirement is $100,000 for basic year and $100,000 for each option year. The maximum requirement is projected to be approximately $2,000,000 for the basic year and $2,000,000 for each option year. The individual delivery order requirement is set at $50,000 as a minimum. -- 1 Job -- 365 calendar day performance period (includets two option years).
