Work includes retrofit of several areas of the Medical Center to increase ventilation and revise air flows for us in treatment of TB patients. Work also includes, but is not limited to, demolition of existing ceilings, installation of HVAC equipment, ductwork, suspended acoustical ceilings, gypsum board ceiling and chase walls for return ducts, painting of walls, ceilings, and other incidental items, installation of roof mounted HVAC equipment incidental flashing of roof membrane, removal of existing fan coil units and incidental repair of surrounding, finishes, extension of existing walls to underside of decking and sealing of penetrations through these walls, and electrical work inclusive of necessary removal and installation of light fixtures and wiring, power feed to HVAC equipment. Estimated dollar value of construction is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. Construction must be completed within 273 days of Notice to Proceed. Estimated issue date is 08/09/95.
