The scope of work is hereby modified to read: Repairs to 8 four-bedroom units, 8 two-bedroom units, 43 three bedroom units including all work associated with siding (not including staining), painted window trim, vents, building front entrances, electrical service entrances, and interior electrical panels. In addition, there are four options. The scope of work for each option is as follows: Option #1 includes all work associated with the residing, staining and improvements to 42 garages; Option #2 includes staining all siding in the 43 three-bedroom units; Option #3 includes all work associated with the installation of gutters and downspouts and installation of the 6 exterior boiler room doors; Option #4 includes all work associated with the installation of exterior decks and atrium doors, remodeling of the rear entrance, and rear outside lighting on the 43 three-bedroom units. Exercising of Options #1, #2 or #3 will result in no extension in time for contract completion. However, if Option #4 is exercised the time for contract completion will be extended by 60 days. Except when it is determined in accordance with FAR 17.206(b) not to be in the government's best interest, the government will evaluate offers for award purposes by adding the total price for all options to the total price for the basic requirements. Evaluation of options will not obligate the government to exercise the options. SIC Code is 1521 and industry small business size standard of $17.0 million are applicable to this contract. Estimated cost range is $500,000-$1,000,000. The proposed contract listed here is 100% set-aside for small disadvantaged business (SDB) concerns. All other provisions of the original synopsis remain unchanged. (205)
