Contractor shall furnish all labor, supervision, materials, equipment, and transportation necessary to perform the following work at Shaw AFB, SC: Construct addition to building 1109 for the Base Information Digital Distribution System (BIDDS). The addition is approximately 1970 square feet with a cable vault underneath of approximately 660 square feet. The construction shall include, but not limited to, a formed and poured in place underground cable vault, concrete floor, masonry wall construction with brick and precast concrete panel exterior, built up roof, as well as all necessary finishes and utilities including an integrated structural ceiling support system integrated with a suspended acoustical ceiling, HVAC, electrical, fire protection, and equipment support (although the telephone distribution equipment will be supplied and installed at a later time by others). The construction cannot exceed the statutory cost limitation of $300,000. Performance period is 180 calendar days after Notice to Proceed. This will be a firm fixed price contract. This solicitation is being advertised unrestricted. SIC code 1751 applies. The size standard is $7 million which is a three-year average annual gross revenue.
