Project consists of construction of an addition to the DPF, Facility 55820, Cape Canaveral Air Station. Addition is to match existing concrete masonry construction and floor elevation. Project includes new HVAC system, extension of fire suppression and detection system and electrical power, lighting and lightning protection systems. Construction time is 120 days after Notice to Proceed. The applicable SIC CODE for this acquisition is 1541 and SMALL BUSINESS SIZE STANDARD is $17.0M. Estimated range of this project is between $250,000 and $500,000.00.
