The anticipated price range is between $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00 for the total effort with a minimum guarantee of $150,000.00. The solicitation will be issued on an unrestricted basis pursuant to deviation control no. 95-DEV-05. The anticipated type of contract is a fixed price indefinite quantity. Exact project completion time will be specified in each delivery order. It is anticipated that subject IFB will be issued on or about 11 Aug 95 with estimated bid opening on 12 Sep 95.
