The project is to include the following: A) Removal and replacement of the top six (6) inches of soil. (B) Grading and seeding of the fields. (C) Landscaping and correct drainage work. (D) Little League baseball backstop, dugouts, bleachers. (E) Chain-link fencing along the 1st and 3rd base line. (F) Permanently mounted trash receptacles. (G) Lighting around the ballfield. (H) Walking/Jogging footpaths. (I) Drinking fountains. (J) And all incidental related work. The proposed contract is being issued as unrestricted.
