Z -- REPLACE HVAC SYSTEM, BUILDING 133C, FORT GILLEM, GA Sol DAKF11-95-B-0032 POC Contract Specialist, Janie P. Wright, (404) 362-7511, Contracting Officer, Steven J. Sullivan Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, and material and perform all work to remove three indoor air conditioning units, all associated steam and refrigerate piping duct work and controls and electrical work for both the Main Dining and Lounge areas of building 133C. Provide and install two new indoor air conditioning units, two new outdoor condensing units, new steam and water converter and associated piping and control system. New primary power distribution for the entire building and new secondary power distribution for the HVAC equipment. This work shall be completed in two phases and the phases shall be done by floors. The magnitude of this project is between $100,000 and $275,000. Contract completion is 90 days after receipt of the Notice to proceed. This project is subject to the availability of funds.
