The Integrated Aviation Systems 21 Working Group (IAS21WG) intends to negotiate this program under an other than full and open competitive basis with Georgia Tech Research Corporation (GTRC), Georgia Institute of Technology, Atlanta, GA. Synopsis of this program appeared in the CBD on 18 Jul 95. It reflected a date for receipt of proposals of 28 Aug 95. That date is corrected to read as shown above. It also failed to include the following notice: ''This is an unclassified solicitation subject to export controls.
