The ADTS will be used on the flight line enviroment to test altimeters, airspeed indicators, and other air data systems. It will also be used to perform pneumatic leakage tests to the aircraft's Pitot-static system. The primary function of the ADTS will be to provide regulated total and static pressure outputs simulating altitudes and airspeeds for evaluation to aircraft's air data systems and associated systems.
