The US Property & Fiscal Office for New York is seeking vendos capable of supplying ofur (4) each portable waste-water samplers with the following features. User friendly Storm program to separate first flush grab sample and flow weighed composite samples, should be activated by a flow meter based on time, rainfall and liquid level. Non-contacting liquid presence detector to eliminate affected by conductivity, viscosity, temperature or liquid composition. Peristaltic pump and distributor to provide accurate sample delivery. Pump revolution counter to guarantee sample volume repeatability, must provide guaranteed revolution counting system to deliver accurate, repeatable sample volumes each time. Must have automatic compensation for changes in head heights. Also must have automatic suction line rinsing to eliminate sample cross contamination. Equipment will have a basic and extended sampling program for uniform time intervals, non-uniform time intervals, single bottle compositing, split sampling. Flow paced/time switched sampling with up to 24 sampling stop and resume times which can be programmed for unattended sampling. Environmentally sealed controller to be submersible, watertight and corrosion resistant operation which meets NEMA 4X and 6 Requirements. Rigid foam insulated base to provide maximum cooling efficiency, also base must be reinforced to withstand rough use and abuse for a long opeational life. Large variety of bottle options for added sampling versatility. Built in communication port to allow easy communications wit office computer or field printer, to produce hard copy reports of programs settings and sampling results. Easy to read LCD.
