Section B and C Multiple award Schedule covering purchase, maintenance,
repair parts and repair service, and classroom training of General
Purpose Commerccial Automatic Data Processing Equipment, End User
Computers, normally Microcomputers and related Computer Software, for
use in an office environment. Products which are not commercial items
and are not regularly used for other than Government purposes and not
sold or traded to the general public in the course of normal business
operations are excluded. All offerors shall provide natonwide service.
Third party maintenance will be considered without offering equipment.
The contract period will run from April 1, 1996 through March 31, 1998.

Class 7030-0003 Other Software; Class 7035-0001 ADP Support Equipment;
Clas 7042-0001 Microcomputer Controlled Devices; Class 7050-0001 ADP
Boards; Class 5995-0001 Communication Equipment Cables; Class 6015-0001
Fiber Optic Cable; Class 6145-0001 Coaxial Cable; and classroom
training. Telecopier proposals, renewals, modifications or withdrawals
of propoals, are not permitted and will be disregarded if received.
This schedule solicitation shall not solicit, nor will there be any
acquisition of, products which are not U.S. made end products,
designated country end products, Caribbean Basin country end products,
Canadian end products, or Mexican end products in accordance with FAR
25.402(c), and General Services Administration Acquisition Regulation
9GSAR) 525.402(a) (54 F.F. 26486). The General Services Administration
(GSA) has determined that this procurement is subject to the
participation goals in Section 2021 of the Energy Policy Act of 1992.
The solicitation is being issued in diskette format or the solicitation
can be accessed and down loaded from the GSA/ITS Schedule System (OSS)
Bulletin Board. The OSS may be accessed by setting your communication
sparameters to 8 data bits, no parity, 1 stop bit (8,N,1) Full Duplex
and ANSI enabled. Terminal settings should be set at something other
than NONE or TTY. Protocol should be at lest, X, Y or Z Modem (Z Modem
preferred) (no ASCII). For all baud rates, dial 202/501-7524. Create
your own password. (Remember your password which is Case sensitive.)
From the Main Menu, download the new 96/98 solicitation by keying the
following (1) contracts and schedules (ENTER) (1) Group 70, Section B/C
(Micro Computer, Peripherals and Software (ENTER) (1) Download 94/95
Group 70, B/C solicitation (WordPerfect Format Only) (ENTER). Offerors
shall respond to this solicitation in the format specified in L.8 of
the solicitation. Contract period 4/1/96 (or date of award, if later)
through 3/31/98. Solicitation No. GSC-KES-00053-N-10-18-95 will be
issued on or about 8-16-95, and may be obtained from the General
Service Administration, Information Technology Service. Schedules

Closing date for receipt of offers is 10-18-95 at 4:30 PM local time at
place of issuance. No extension of the closing date is anticipated.
However, offers received after 10-18-95 and prior to 12-31-97 at 4:30
p.m. may be considered for award under Section L.3 Open Season.
Offerors attention is directed to the Late Propsals provision contained
