If references and eligibility statements are not submitted for each separate request for proposal, those SB concerns will not be considered in determining the Set-Aside. If adequate interest is not received from SB concerns, the request for proposal will be issued as unrestricted without further notice. This procurement action will use Request for Quotations under Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The anticipated date of award is 15 Sep 95.
