The procurement listed here is being considered for 100% Set-Aside for Small Business concerns. Interested concerns should as early as possible but not later than COB 9 August 95 indicate interest in acquisition by providing to the contracting office above evidence of capability to perform (including references for similar work with telephone numbers, points of contact, and contract numbers), and a positive statement of eligibility as a small business concern. If references and eligibility statements are not submitted for each separate request for proposal, those SB concerns will not be considered in determining the Set-Aside. If adequate interest is not received from SB concerns, the request for proposal will be issued as unrestricted without further notice. This procurement action will use Request for Quotations under Simplified Acquisition Procurement. The anticipated date of award is 15 Sep 95. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which, if timely received, shall be considered by the agency.
