A -- RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT SOURCES SOUGHT POC Contract specialist Thomas Dickson, (410) 671-4522, Contracting Officer Diane Street, (410) 671-2428 The chemical, biological and defense command is seeking information from sources who have the capability to develop and provide a software system to support a database/Main operating system. The purpose of the software will be to aide in the development of acquisition documentation, including but not limited to, RFPS, sole source documentation, acquisitionplans, and acquistion strategies. The software should be windowscompatible, based on a LAN environment, and be capable of facilitating the generation of automated forms and electronic transfer between work groups.
