In accordance with FAR 6.301-1, the Health Care Financing Administration intends to modify Contract No.500-94-0063 with Psychological Services Inc. This modification is required because of a change in regulations which has drastically changed the manner of conducting surveys. All existing SMQT questions will have to be reviewed, and a number of questions that are out of date will have to be replaced with new questions which, in turn will have to be fieldtested.
