The National Capital Planning commission (NCPC) is not seeking proposals for developing a Long-Term Regional Planning and Development Decision-Making Stem, as announced in the CBD Issue No. PSA-1371, June 20, 1995 and as modified in CBD Issue No. PSA-1383, July 7, 1995. This was necessary due to reprioritizing acquisitions to comply with the streamlining policies of the federal government. The request for proposals could be issued at a later date. All requestors of the Solicitation No. NCPC 95-01 will be sent a copy of the RFP for this requirments if/when it is issued. (206)
