The Government intends to solicit and issue a sole source contract under a Class Justification and Approval utilizing the authority of FAR 6.302 to AP Labs, 1042 Elkhorn Dr., Colorado Springs, CO for the purchase of a VME Station Telemetry System (VTS). The VTS will be modified to accommodate the increase to a 20 player capability. Solicitation will be issued on or about the 15th day after publication. Delivery will be to Fort Bliss, Texas. Interested parties are invited to respond to this synopsis IAW Note 22.
