The Contractor shall furnish all supervision, labor, and overhead support, such as, but not limited to, clerical support, travel, transportation, and training associated with Grounds Maintenance. The Contractor shall perform CLASS I, II and III Grounds Maintenance of the Industrial Area at Letterkenny Army Depot, Chambersburg, PA. The work to be performed is considered seasonal. The season for this solicitation will begin approximately 15 April and end approximately 15 October each year. CLASS I will require service approximately 25 times each year. CLASS II will require service approximately 10 times each year. CLASS III will require service approximately 2 times each year. The contract shall be for one base year and four option years. The contractor shall begin work for CLASS I no later than 5 days after notification and shall complete the areas within 10 days after notification. The contractor shall begin work for CLASS II no later than 5 days after notification and shall complete the areas within 20 days after notification. The contractor shall begin work for CLASS III no later than 10 days after notification and shall complete the areas within 30 days after notification. This solicitation is a Total Set-Aside for Small Businesses. All responsible offerors may submit a proposal which will be considered. There is a $100.00 charge for this solicitation package. Certified Check, Cashier's Check, or Money Order must accompany the request and should be made payable to the US Department of Treasury. Personal and Company checks will not be accepted.
