This contract shall apply to all of the Hampton ARTCC and to the entrances and exits thereof. The contractor shall furnish all labor, materials and equipment for upkeep of the grounds, walks and drives. This will include, but is not necessarily restricted to fertilizing, watering and mowing lawns, watering and trimming shrubbery, edging walks and dives, maintenance of flower beds, reseeding lawns when required, the cutting and removal of vines, weeds, trees and other growth from the area immediately adjacent to the exterior side of the enclosure fence.
