Carson, Peterson AFB, and the USAF Academy, Colorado Springs, Colorado. Performance period is for a Base Year, 31 Dec 95 through 30 Dec 96, and four option years. The contractor will be responsible for ordering, receiving, storing, displaying, merchandising, and processing products for sale to commissary customers. The government will furnish secure space in each commissary for the contractor operated delicatessen and bakery. The contractor will retain ownership of the deli/bakery products until purchased by the commissary customer.
