SUTPHIN, (304)529-5620 Maintenance Services at Charles Mill Lake, Mohicanville Dam, and Pleasant Hill Lake, Ohio. Approximate time will be Calendar Year 1996 with 4 additional option periods. The work consists essentially of mowing, cleaning, and selected maintenance services in public use areas at each project. All responsive proposals will be evaluated by utilizing the following factors: (A) Equipment and Personnel; (B) Experience; (C) Quality Control and Safety; and (D) Cost. Contract will be a Firm Fixed Price Indefinite Delivery Type, competitively negotiated. Award will be made as a whole to the offeror whose proposal conforms to the solicitation and has been determined to be most advantageous to the Government all factors considered. A Pre-Proposal conference will be held on 1 September 1995 at 9:00 a.m. at Charles Mill Lake, 2203 State Route 603, Lucas, Ohio. The proposed contract is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside.
