SUTPHIN, (304)529-5620 Maintenance Services at Atwood and Leesville Lakes, and Dover Dam, Ohio. Approximate time will be Calendar Year 1996 with 4 additional option periods. The work consists essentially of mowing, cleaning and selected maintenance services in public use areas at each project. All responsive proposals will be evaluated by utilizing the following factors: (A) Equipment and Personnel; (B) Experience; (C) Quality Control and Safety; and (D) Cost. Contract will be a Firm Fixed Price Indefinite Delivery Type, competitively negotiated. Award will be made as a whole to the offeror whose proposal conforms to the solicitation and has been determined to be most advantageous to the Government all factors considered. A Pre-Proposal conference will be held on 29 August 1995 at 9:00 a.m. at Dover Dam, Route 2, State Route 800, Dover, Ohio. The proposed contract is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside.
