S -- PROVIDE LODGING AND CONFERENCE ROOM FACILITIES SOL DABT23-95-B-0098 DUE 083195 POC Contract Specialist Theresa Jones (502) 624-3845 (Site Code DABT23) The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment and supervision for lodging and conference room facilities with audio visual equipment for approximately 400 attending the 1995 US Army Recruiting Battalions Annual Training Conference in Toledo, Ohio during the period 17 through 19 November 1995. The facility shall have a full service restaurant on site. Facility shall also have one general session room to accomodate a minimum of 240 for the period and six breakout rooms for the periods of 18 Nov 1995 to seat a minimum of 50 people. Contractor shall also provide a food and banquet room to accomodate 240 people on 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM on 17 Nov, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM on Nov 18, and 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM (Noon) on Nov 19, 1995. Room requirements are 205 single or double rooms to accomodate 1 person per room for 17 through 18 Nov (0207)
