Description of Work: (1) Reilley Road Improvements, Phase I: This project includes demolition of concrete sidewalks, curbs and gutters, and construction of new concrete sidewalks, curbs and gutters; cold milling and overlay of existing asphalt pavement; pavement marking; seeding and mulching of disturbed areas, and miscellaneous work such as repair of storm drains and minor grading. (2) Reilley Road Improvements, Phase II: This project includes demolition of concrete sidewalks, curbs and gutters, and construction of new concrete sidewalks, curbs and gutters; cold milling and overlay of existing asphalt pavement; pavement marking; seeding and mulching of disturbed areas, and miscellaneous work such as repair of storm drains and minor grading. (3) Pave Parking Area at Corps Battle Simulation Center: This project will construct an approximately 1.5 acre asphalt parking lot in the vicinity of Building A-3940, to include demolition of concrete asphalt pavement, construction of the asphalt with aggregate base course parking lot, storm drainage, striping, and 6' security fence. The project will also include grading around the building to provide drainage, demolition of concrete sidewalk, and construction of new concrete sidewalk. (4) Repairs to Pedestrian Crossing (Gruber/Reilly): This project involves the installation of pedestrian crossing signals at Gruber and Reilly Roads. (5) Traffic Control at Academic Facilities: This project involves the provision of traffic control in the vicinity of academic facilities. It includes new sidewalks, concrete stops, pavement marking, chain link fence, landscaping, and a signalized pedestrian crossing. Network Analysis System will not be required. Estimated cost range of project is from $1,000,000 to $5,000,000. Cost of solicitation documents is $45. Make check payable to F&A Officer.
