This proposed acquisition is UNRESTICTED. The purpose of this project is to remove the existing fire alarm system and upgrade it to provide a new addressable multiplex smoke detection/fire alarm systems and to provide automatic sprinkler protection throughout. All fire alarm devices shall include new horn/strobes, smoke detectors and manual stations. All existing connections between the fire alarm control panel and gamewell local energy master box are to remain. Requests for plans and specification may be mailed to the above address or request may be sent via fax by using fax number (202) 433-0939. Contractors within the local area are encouraged to pick-up a copy of the solicitation at the address above, Plans, Specification and Issue Room between the hours of 7:30 am to 3:00 pm, Monday thru Friday. There will be no charge for these documents, however, only one set will be issued per contractor. Please note that the solicitation will be issued on a first-come, first-serve basis.
